Meet Lindsey
Founder of RxSuccess
Who I Am & What I Stand For
I’m Lindsey Pacitti, founder of RxSuccess and a dedicated partner to independent pharmacies. Based in Metro Detroit, I hold a Bachelor of Science and bring over six years of hands-on experience working directly with independent pharmacy owners across the country. My background spans sourcing, operations, compliance, marketing, and workflow—giving me a comprehensive understanding of how these businesses function day to day.
I’m also a mom of two, and like many pharmacy owners, I know what it means to juggle a demanding workload while keeping everything else moving. I’m analytical by nature and a problem-solver at heart. I thrive in complexity, and I’m driven by results. Whether I’m building a marketing strategy or troubleshooting an operational bottleneck, I approach every challenge with precision, persistence, and a deep commitment to getting it right.
Above all, I believe in the work independent pharmacies do—and I’m here to help them do it more efficiently, more profitably, and with less stress.
The Prescription for Pharmacy Success
I didn’t set out to build a business—I set out to help.
RxSuccess was born from a simple truth: independent pharmacies are doing essential work—but they’re often doing it without the support they deserve.
When a local pharmacy in my hometown was struggling after a wave of chain closures, I stepped in. Not for profit, not for recognition—but because they needed help reaching the patients who relied on them. That small, grassroots effort turned into a bigger mission.
I didn’t create RxSuccess to sell services—I created it to solve problems. I was tired of watching good businesses fall behind because they didn’t have the time, tools, or guidance to stay competitive. I knew I could help—and I wanted to.
Today, RxSuccess provides marketing, operational support, and business strategy tailored specifically for independent pharmacy owners. We focus on real results, not cookie-cutter solutions. My mission is to fill the gaps—so pharmacists can get back to what they do best: caring for their patients and growing a thriving business rooted in trust and community.
