RxSuccess Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of RxSuccess consulting services (“Services”). By engaging RxSuccess, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services

RxSuccess provides business consulting and marketing services for pharmacies and healthcare-related businesses. Services do not include the sale, distribution, or warehousing of pharmaceuticals.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide access to necessary business information for RxSuccess to perform its services, excluding any confidential data protected under another company’s agreement.

  • Clients agree not to request services that would violate any legal or contractual obligations.

3. Term & Payment

  • Clients must sign a minimum three-month agreement for services.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in individual contracts. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Confidentiality

  • RxSuccess will maintain confidentiality regarding all client business information.

  • Clients agree to not share proprietary or confidential information from third parties without authorization.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice after the initial three-month period.

  • RxSuccess reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of contract, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • RxSuccess is not responsible for any business outcomes, including revenue increases or regulatory approvals.

  • Services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is pursued.

9. Amendments

  • RxSuccess reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

By engaging with RxSuccess, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
